Lottery Game Idea Submission

Thank you for submitting your game idea to Scientific Games. We receive many unsolicited submissions each year. In order to effectively manage this process, we require ALL of the following completed forms and documents.

If you would like for us to return the documents you send to us, you must include a self-addressed envelope and proper postage.

We ask that you understand that the vast majority of submissions do not meet our needs, and only a very few outside concepts will be of interest to us. However, if your idea is rejected, and you feel you have been treated unfairly and would like to appeal, you may request a re-evaluation by using this form. We do not accept phone calls related to outside game submissions.

To begin the process, please download and fill out the following forms:

Form	Description
Non-Confidential Disclosure Submission Agreement	Legal form. Your submission will not be considered without this form.
Game Submission Form	This includes contact information and other information about you.

Additionally, you must include the following:

Form	Description
Mathematical Proof	A complete description of all mathematical processes for your game, if relevant.
Diagrams/Images/Visual Aids	If it would help us better understand your idea, please include diagrams, images, and/or visual aids.
Game Definition Document	Completely describe the game and how it is played.
