CUSTOMIZED OPERATIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS
Scientific Games offers customized partnership programs to help lotteries cost-efficiently and effectively manage and support their operations for greater retail sales and lower operating costs.

Under a Cooperative Services Program (CSP) arrangement:

1. a lottery selects and assigns operational, administrative and marketing functions to Scientific Games
2. each program is customized to fit the unique needs of the lottery
3. Scientific Games assumes full responsibility for its assigned operations and is thus compensated on a percentage-of-sales basis
4. the lottery retains total policy control and final approval on all decisions.

Scientific Games pioneered the CSP concept with the New York Lottery in 1985 and continues to lead the industry in developing and managing the majority of CSP programs in place today. By partnering with Scientific Games, a lottery combines its strengths with those of the most experienced service provider in the industry, thus benefiting from the experience, service and working knowledge Scientific Games has implemented over the years.
