Scientific Games is the leading third party provider of Internet services to the domestic lottery industry, developing and managing websites that enable lottery consumers to establish on-line player accounts and process transactions in the form of second chance ticket entries. We pioneered the system of integrating mail-in and Internet-generated entries for lottery second chance drawings in 2001 and have successfully developed and managed over 200 websites for lottery customers in 25 states, most of them in association with MDI Entertainment licensed game promotions. 

Scientific Games provides lottery drawing management services for drawings that include both physical entries and web-based “virtual entries,” or the increasingly popular Internet-only entry promotions; web-based lottery player affinity sites (typically known in the industry as “VIP clubs”); player information websites; and a variety of Internet-based applications that add entertainment value to the lottery consumer experience. 

Scientific Games built and since 2005 has managed the Michigan Lottery Internet VIP Club Player City™.  With a membership of over 200,000 lottery player accounts, the club provides a rich assortment of features and services designed to give members added value, more entertainment and social interactivity toward the goal of long-term player loyalty.
