Position Summary

This dynamic individual will reside in the Raleigh area and will be responsible for creating actionable, innovative analytics and information to drive decision-making for Scientific Games and our client, the NCEL.  He or she will collaborate across many areas of SG and the NCEL and particularly with SG’s Global Lottery Insights team based in Alpharetta, Georgia.  He or she will conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide regular deliverables to the client through the efficiency of SG’s Infuse business intelligence system.  Deliverables will include sales reporting and custom insights. In addition to using Infuse to deliver insightful market analyses, the Client Insights Specialist will assist in procuring and managing primary research on behalf of the NCEL related to instant scratch games.  Findings from these types of projects will help drive many product planning initiatives for the customer.  Primary research will also include in-field capturing of information in lottery retail locations.  

Skills, Training, Experience Required:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•    2-5 years professional experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•    Superior analytical reasoning, oral and written communication skills
•    Experience with primary research such as focus groups, surveys and in-field data gathering
•    Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple directors and be extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.
•    Must be resourceful, assertive and not afraid to ask questions

  • Must be comfortable with working with clients of all different levels
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task; strong organizational skills
  • An ability to absorb large amounts of information in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Evaluate new vendors for partnering with Lottery clients and SGI
  • Management and tracking account research budget

Manage contract and administrative aspect of vendor and new project onboarding
