Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation:
• Engage with stakeholders to understand existing systems, workflows, and business objectives.
• Conduct workshops and analyse documentation to gather requirements.
• Break down complex needs into structured, actionable requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for requirement-related queries.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Business Process Analysis:
• Analyse existing processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Perform process mapping and data flow analysis to identify improvements.
Documentation:
• Create and maintain: Functional specifications, User stories with acceptance criteria
• Ensure documentation is clear and development-ready.
Web Development, API and Database Integration:
• Strong conceptual understanding of web applications, APIs, and SQL.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design and requirement translation.
Use Case Analysis:
• Define use cases, system interactions, and integration points.
• Ensure clear and complete functional coverage.
Backlog Management & Agile Execution:
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Convert requirements into testable user stories.
• Experience owning backlog and prioritization in a proxy Product Owner capacity for cross functional teams.
