Scientific Games is looking for a CRM Manager to set up and execute against a CRM strategy for multiple state lottery accounts with digital engagement programs. 
This position will:
o    Work with Lottery Account Managers to work with Lottery customers to identify program goals and collaborate on strategies and timelines.
o    Work within the Scientific Games Growth Marketing team to achieve these goals and drive customer value maximization through CRM channels. Longer term this role will evolve to support new projects and customers across our territories. It’s the start of something big with one of the largest lottery providers in the world.

  • Manage CRM budget across all engagement channels, including emails & mobile messaging.
  • Led strong segmentation and personalization strategy for each customer.
  • Lead relationships with key partners (e.g. Account Managers, lottery customers) on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internal (account managers) and external (lottery customers)
  • Oversee campaign performance analysis, track KPIs and identify areas for improvement, reporting regularly to internal and external customers.
  • Lead the CRM team in defining and managing strategic goals and deliverables for digital channels
  • Drive a culture of change, innovation and experimentation.
  • Ensure successful and in-budget execution of CRM strategy by managing internal escalations and debottlenecking with internal and external partners

Education

Bachelors degree or working toward in related field.
