Scientific Games Earns ISO 37001 Certification, Bolstering Industry Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Standards
Company Reaffirms Its Commitment to Ethical, Transparent Operations
ATLANTA – December 17, 2025 – Scientific Games has earned the Anti-Bribery Management System certification: ISO 37001:2016, further evidencing the company’s commitment to improving the government-regulated lottery industry’s standards for integrity and reducing risk to its lottery partners. Scientific Games’ ISO 37001 certification adheres to a framework that helps companies prevent, detect and respond to bribery, as well as comply with anti-bribery laws in lottery jurisdictions where it conducts business.

Before joining Scientific Games as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Global Security in 2018, Richardson spent 22 years as a senior executive with the Federal Bureau of Investigation leading the Operational Technology and Criminal Investigation Divisions.
Scientific Games earned the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification following an independent, multi-stage auditing process. The certification demonstrates the effectiveness of the company’s high standards of excellence through its rigorous anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance processes and policies that foster integrity, transparency and trust.
Scientific Games has also achieved international certifications for operational best practices, including Information Security Management System (ISO: 27001), Quality Management Systems (ISO: 9001), Environmental Management (ISO: 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO: 45001) and the World Lottery Association’s Responsible Gaming global certification.
